3 Month Blogoversary plus a Giveaway!

Today I celebrate my 3 month blogoversary! Yes I know that is no big deal, but it is a huge accomplishment for me. Working on my blog has been an up hill battle, as previously stated from another post. Although I've had my struggles, I love blogging and making the wonderful friendships that have come with it. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be developing friendships with those that love books just as much as I do. I did not even know anyone when I started this and had no idea how to start "talking" to people since I am such a shy person. Luckily, by chance a sweet blogger named Meredith, struck up a conversation with me about my blog and has been a great friend ever since! From there, it opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. I'm becoming more comfortable in my own skin, allowing myself to be more open with people. I am interacting more with some authors, not huge but it's a work in progress. (What can I say? Famous people intimidate me lol). Plus, I'm learning more how to make my blog my own.
In the coming months, I hope to become more active in the blogging community as well as make more friends. If you happen to see me on twitter you are more than welcomed to say hi. I'm a nice person once you get to know me. I want to give a humongous shout out to those people that helped me with my blog, or those that befriended me with open arms:

Meredith at Pandora's Books
Charlene at Bookish Whimsy
Paola at A Novel Idea
Jessica at Reviews Abound
Klaudia at The Observant Girl

With out them, I probably would have quit already. Thank you so much ladies for being so awesome!

To spread my love and gratitude I am giving away a signed copy of 3:59 by Gretchen McNeil. I don't have a review on 3:59 yet, so here is a recap of Gretchen and what her book is about. Just click here. Now on to the rules.

This is a US giveaway only. Sorry, I cannot afford to ship out of the country.

You must be 13 years of age or older.

Winner has 48 hours to respond to me. If no one replies, I will pick another winner.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Once it is in the mail, I sadly cannot replace it.

I reserve the right to change any rules as I see fit for each giveaway. Just so you know I check the entries, and I if I see any cheating I will erase your entry.
Good luck!

  1. Congratulations on your 3 month blogoversary! I hope you continue to make amazing progress on your blog and enjoy the many pleasures it brings. :-) And thank you for mentioning me in your post, it makes me happy to know that we are blogger friends and you are so sweet and kind, I cannot express how grateful I am to have a friend like you. Enjoy this special day and thank you for hosting this giveaway, may the ends be ever in the favor of those who enter. :-)

**And to answer your question, no I wouldn't switch lives with my doppelgänger. I am perfectly content with my life and love those who surround me. :-)

  2. Happy 3 Month Blogoversary!!! You're such an amazing person, and your blog is just as lovely.

Thank you so much for mentioning me! You don't know how much it means to me. <333 I'm so glad we started talking on Twitter, and you're definitely one of my blogging friends. I wish you all the best from here on out, and I'll be cheering for you/your blog!

(And no, I probably wouldn't. I've read too many books, watched too many TV shows, and I've watched too many movies to believe that it'll be a good decision. ;) )

  3. Congrats on the blogoversary! I'm so glad you stuck with blogging (after all when you are able to go to so many author events, it seems a shame not to blog about it! :D). I'm glad that we got to meet and I really look forward to having someone to hang out with at more author events! Thanks so much for the shout out!

And even though I'm not entering your fab giveaway cause I have a copy of the book, I'll answer the question- I don't think I would switch with a doppleganger - I am too afraid of jumping into situations blindly and like Jessica said above, it doesn't seem to turn out too well in fiction! :D

  4. Congrats on your blogoversary! I know how hard it is to maintain a blog (mainly because I'm still in the process of starting mine & convincing myself not to drop it too quickly ><)

Uh...... I don't know if I would want to switch with my doppleganger mainly because I'm pretty happy with my life's direction.

  5. Congrats on your blogoversary!!! Thanks for the super sweet shout out!!!! You are so awesome!!! You've come so far in a short amount of time and I'm so proud of you!!! <333

To answer your question... Hmmmmmm. I'm so tempted to say yes, because of certain things. But at the same time, those certain things have shaped me and made me who I am today. I mean, what if my doppleganger doesn't like reading?? I'd die. So, no. I'll say no switching!

  6. I probably wouldn't switch...The idea scares me! I wouldn't really know anyone, and who knows what I'd be getting into.

Thanks for the giveaway, and Happy Blogoversary!

SHOUTOUT! HEYYYYY. <3 (btw, you should fix the link to my blog because it makes me sad that it's wrong! WHY STACIE???) I really don't think I would've gotten through the Sarah J. Maas event without you talking me down that anxiety cliff! I'm so glad you decided to stick around. So you are awesome too! :D
